Can you help with both product and lifestyle photography?

Yes!  This is one of the best parts of brand photography – working with you to tell your brand’s story!  While we love shooting products – lifestyle images are just as important in telling your brand’s story – especially if you are planning to use your photos on social media, showcasing your brand in action or giving your audience a peek behind the scenes.

How much does a brand photoshoot cost?

Aside from the couple streamlined packages we offer, each brand photoshoot cost varies based completely off  your needs and the scope of the project.  We pride ourselves in creating the images you need – not charging you for photos you’ll never use.  After a brief initial complimentary consultation, we’ll provide you with a customized proposal built directly to your needs with a couple options to help you nail down the perfect budget and final deliverables.

Do you offer custom packages or only predefined ones?

Most of our packages are customized to meet your needs.  With that said, we do offer a couple of pre-defined packages to help you get started or explore the benefits of brand photography.

Are there any hidden fees I should know about?

We will always provide you with a comprehensive proposal that covers every foreseen cost – to the best of our ability.  Any additional costs that arise will be discussed with you promptly.

How far in advance should I book a session?

Our standard timeline is usually 8 – 10 weeks from start to finish.  Please keep this in mind when planning the timeline for promotions, launches, or transitions.

Rushed jobs can be prioritized – but additional costs will apply.

How do I reserve my photoshoot date?

Let’s chat about what you need – schedule your complimentary consultation during which we can discuss a possible timeline.

Do you travel for shoots, and is travel included in the price?

We can absolutely travel to complete your photoshoot –  additional travel costs will apply.  This will be discussed thoroughly and transparently during the proposal process.

After the photoshoot, how long before I receive my final images?

The standard timeframe between the conclusion of your photoshoot and the delivery of your images is 4 weeks.  This is adjustable based off priority needs and advanced editing requirements, but we will discuss this during our outlining of the initial project scope.

How do I prepare for the photoshoot?

During our planning stage, we’ll work to create a comprehensive outline – including a shot list, prop list, wardrobe suggestions, and a shoot day schedule that allows you to enter the day feeling prepared and ready for a stress-free experience. 

Do you help with styling and creative direction?

Absolutely!  This is a standard part of every photoshoot – ensuring we capture exactly what you need.  During the planning phase, we will collaborate with you to define your brand’s vibe, aesthetics, and style to ensure your gallery represents your brand exactly how you want it!

What if I’m not sure what visuals my brand needs?

During the consultation, we’ll workshop ideas and brainstorm creative directions with you.  As the pre-production and planning continues, we’ll work with you to really refine and nail down those final images – complete with a custom tailored storyboard and shotlist to make sure we capture everything your brand needs.

Do I need to provide products or props?

We have a selection of props that may work to help elevate your photos.  However, if your images require additional, brand-specific products or props you can either provide them yourself, or we can offer prop-sourcing as a premium add-on.

How many images will I receive?

This depends completely on the scope of your project.  We’ll work with you during the consultation to identify what images you’ll need – and how many deliverables will be included with your photoshoot, all layed out in the proposal before any commitments are made.

What do you deliver?

All of your images will come to you as fully edited JPG files and ready for immediate use.  Our standard packages include standard color grading and editing to ensure a consistent and professional gallery.

Do you offer more advanced edits?

If that is a need to accomplish your goals, we can definitely offer advanced edits (such as composites, object removal, or additional photoshop work) as a premium add-on.

Can I have the RAWs?

We do not deliver RAW images.  Your full library will come to you professionally edited and ready for use as JPG images!

Can I request edits or retouching?

We offer 1 complimentary re-touch per image, if required.  Requests that require a re-shoot are not included.

Do you offer rights for commercial use?

Yes we do!  In fact, every photoshoot comes with a complimentary 2-year Marketing License that can be used on:

  • social media (organic and paid posts)
  • website
  • email marketing
  • basic level printing

If you need licensing for anything not listed above – such as national campaigns, billboards, and other large-market licensing – additional licensing can be discussed to cover all of your needs.

Can you photograph events or launches?

We do not offer this service at this time.

Do you collaborate with other creatives or brands?

Do you provide contracts or agreements?

Every photoshoot comes with a Client Service Agreement that clearly outlines the scope of work, timelines, deliverables, and expectations so you know exactly what to expect.

What safety or health protocols do you follow on set?

We are committed to a safe working environment where everyone is treated with respect and professionalism.

During the pre-production planning process we will collaborate closely with you to outline the creative direction for the photoshoot. Your feedback is invaluable and is welcome at all stages of the process to ensure that your brand’s story is accurately captured. 

Can I see what you're capturing during the photoshoot?

We try to always make sure you are as involved as you want to be during your brand’s photoshoot – whether it be tethering to a computer or streaming to a larger display where you can see the images captured and provide any feedback you may have.
